Mirza the Prince

For young Mirza who walked miles from Gujrat of Pakistan to Greece, the European dream became a nightmare. Today, like the tiny boat of a child's drawing which is sailing in uncharted territory carrying the most precious load, he is trying to stand on his feet. From a hostel of unaccompanied minors in Athens he unfolds his dreams – balm in the indelible trauma that the frightening experience of the kidnapping by traffickers marked his teenage soul.
